We do not cater or have any facilities for children/babies under 3 years.
Please be aware we do not take any card payments. We do however accept cash, personal cheques (made payable to: Mrs D Vanstone) with a bankers guarantee card and traveller’s cheques in sterling, BAC's transfers.
You will receive an email or letter confirming your booking. Please make arrangements for a deposit for your reservation @ £15.00 per room, non refundable unless we manage to re-let the room, of which, we will try our utmost to do. The deposit can be paid via a cheque or Bacs payment.
Should you need to cancel your booking, please phone or email at your earliest convenience.
Check in between 4.30pm and 7.30pm unless otherwise arranged. Breakfast 8.30 am or a pre-arranged time. Check out by 10 am. Breakfasts can be arranged earlier if required. Packed lunches are by prior arrangement. We run a strict No Smoking policy on the premises. Unfortunately, we do not cater for dogs/pets.

What do we do with your information?
When a reservation on our website, as part of this process we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

Our website is scanned on a regular basis for security holes and known vulnerabilities in order to make your visit to our site as safe as possible.
